How to Register

There are two ways to register:

1. Register online
Note: You must log in to register online. If you do not have an APWA account, you can create one (there is no cost and you do not need to be a member of APWA). If you do not know your username or password, there is also an option to recover them. If you believe you are a member of APWA but are unable to access a member record, please contact APWA Membership Services at 800-848-APWA (2792).

APWA Member Agencies: If your city has an APWA agency membership, please note that individuals must be listed on your agency's roster to receive the member registration rates.

What's Included

Full Attendee Registration: all education sessions, exhibits, Get Acquainted Party, National Equipment Roadeo spectator access, Awards Ceremony, downloadable recordings of education sessions, CEUs, and lunch vouchers for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday in the Exhibit Hall.

Full Guest/Spouse Registration: Guest refers to a significant other or personal friend, not a business associate or staff colleague. Guest/Spouse registration includes: all education sessions, exhibits, Get Acquainted Party, National Equipment Roadeo spectator access, Awards Ceremony, lunch vouchers for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday in the Exhibit Hall.

Chief Elected Official Registration: all education sessions, exhibits, Get Acquainted Party, National Equipment Roadeo spectator access, Awards Ceremony, downloadable recordings of education sessions, CEUs, and lunch vouchers for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday in the Exhibit Hall. Pre-approval required for complimentary registration. Please complete this form and return to dforbes@apwa.net for approval and processing.

One-Day Attendee Registration: education sessions, exhibit floor for the day of registration as well as a lunch voucher usable in the Exhibit Hall (Sunday includes the Get Acquainted Party; Monday includes National Equipment Roadeo spectator access and Awards Ceremony).

Expo-Only Pass: expo access for the day of registration only. Exhibitor Solutions and Technology Theater and New Product Showcase access.

Monday Operations & Maintenance Day: National Equipment Roadeo spectator access, operations and maintenance education sessions, exhibit floor, and Monday lunch voucher.

National Equipment Roadeo Participation: operations and maintenance education session, exhibit floor and Roadeo participation, and Monday lunch voucher.

Exhibitor Conference Registration: all education sessions, general sessions, exhibits, National Equipment Roadeo spectator access and Awards Ceremony.

Exhibitor Expo Badges: exhibit hall access only and National Equipment Roadeo spectator access

PLEASE NOTE

  • Get Acquainted Party: this will be a ticketed event. Tickets will automatically be added to attendee “Full” and “Sunday One-Day” registration types. A limited number of tickets are available for sale. Cut-off date for tickets sales is 8/18/2023
  • Technical Tours: available to full attendees only
