Get Acquainted Party

Sunday, August 29
5:00–7:00 p.m.
Ballpark Village

Tickets required.

During our planning process it became clear that we needed to make the 2021 Get Acquainted Party at PWX a ticketed event due to the public health crisis. This has allowed us to clearly report to our venue the expected number of guests for the party. Historically, anyone with a badge has been allowed access, but with the current health crisis, that could have exceeded capacity limitations. Tickets for this event have always been included with attendee "Full" and "Sunday One-Day" registration types, and others who arrive with a badge have also been given access as capacity allows. This year capacity does allow for additional attendance beyond our projected attendee numbers, so an allotment of additional tickets have been made available to other registration categories. The cut-off date for ticket sales is August 20, 2021 so the venue can begin to prepare for our final guaranteed number of guests.

The APWA Missouri Chapter welcomes you to St. Louis and PWX with a fantastic opening night party at Ballpark Village, where sports and entertainment meet! This dynamic sports-themed complex is the premiere dining and entertainment district in the region. Located in the heart of downtown St. Louis, next to Busch Stadium and within walking distance of all PWX hotels, Ballpark Village includes multiple dining and entertainment venues and is always buzzing with excitement. APWA guests will be rockin’ all evening with the best party band in St. Louis – That 80’s Band, the ultimate 80’s experience! Come join your public works friends as you enjoy great local food, drink, and entertainment at the PWX Get Acquainted Party.

Transportation: Convention center and hotels are within walking distance. Shuttle bus transportation will also be available, beginning at the convention center, and running between Ballpark Village and official PWX hotels until 7:30 p.m.

Exhibitor Tickets: Please visit the registration portal. Your booth contact has received an email with registration instructions from Custom Registration Inc. You are now able to add Get Acquainted Party tickets to representative registrations. A limited number of tickets are available until August 20, 2021 or until they sell out.

Tickets and Badges: This is a ticketed event. Wear your PWX badge and bring your ticket to gain access to the party.
